Variant of Imperiale (Rye Weizen) wuth mango (10%).
Dark, hazy orange. Average beige foam.
In the nose you can feel the rye, the spiciness, the wheat of the base weizen, and, obviously, the mango. Still, balanced.
The taste lost a bit the weizen connotation, leaving a bit of spiciness. The fruitiness of mango prevails, even with some pear notes.
Still, interesting, smooth, balanced. Here again, interesting experiment.
