Is a bottom fermentation dark beer aged for 12 month in bourbon barrel with cocoa and coffee.
Dark, mahogany hue. Average foam.
Smell of malt, dark malts, caramel, some barrel notes, a bit vinous, red fruit, vanilla, tannins. Warming alcohol.
Coffee and cocoa, light.
In the taste a lot of vanilla, cocoa, coffee, and overall, it's all well amalgamated.
Balanced by bourbon - barrel - vanilla. Dark malts, coffee.
