Dark red, almost black, with a compact, soft beige head.
On the nose, a pleasant dark, toasted malt, followed by hazelnut, caramel, and chocolate.
On the palate, still toasted, biscuity, and caramel, but less intense than on the nose. The aftertaste is quite long, with caramel and toasted notes.
Perhaps a touch of acidity on the finish, but a pleasant, well-made beer.

Colour dark brown , almost black, under the light chestnut-coloured translucence is visible. Beige foam, high and persistent. It "stains" the glass nicely.
Roasted aroma from dark malts, followed by caramel, coffee, cocoa, a hint of earthiness and grassy accents.
Taste: present here is a malty, caramel sweetness, a roasted, caramel bitterness, and a hint of acidity that appears as the temperature rises in the finish.
Saturation high, gets in the way, quickly creates a feeling of satiety. Texture a little rough. Body a little low. Aftertaste short roasted with a longer, sour finish.
