Black colour with no translucence. Brown foam, high, composed of small and medium-sized bubbles, characterised by great persistence. It decorates the glass minimally.
In the aroma, clear, intense notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, further roasted notes, liquorice, tobacco and light ash accents. The aroma of this beer is seductive.
Taste dry, roasted, tobacco and ash bitterness. Minimal sweetness appears only in the background.
Alcohol perfectly hidden. Medium saturation, although not disturbing it seems that the liquid is sort of "restless". Texture smooth, soft. Body high downwards. Aftertaste medium long dry.
