This was very smooth... a little bit heavy... or at least that’s how I got drinking all their beers... but wow. Very well done. This was probably the first beer of theirs that really makes me want to tell people about them.

Chilling out in The 'Zebo on a mild October day.... having my second 16.9oz Daydreaming RIS ($12.00) in a trusted sniftah.... First the peat, now the bourbon.
Pours a deep, dark, opaque brown. A hard pour brought forth a 1/4", creamy, mocha-hued layer of suds. It rapidly ebbed to a fine covering, with most at the rim. Lacing was on the light side. Picked up bourbon in the nose right off, with dark fruit and some choco. Mmmm!! It was creamy and smooth, with a solid medium-plus body.
Taste has lots of semisweet choco, mocha, espresso and a distinct notes of bourbon and wood. Also has some more dark fruit and a noticeable floral finish. Lovely!! Zum Wohl!!
