Copenhagen 25/1 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Drawing of a plant-like mouth with fangs on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as paper-thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface ion the beer . Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light odor of sweet tropical fruits mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Pineapple and peach. Grapefruit and lemon. Tart and a bit acerbic.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Zesty, potent NEIPA.
