A collaboration Dortmunder lager with our good friends Panimoyhtiö Tuju. Export strength German pale lager with a malty soul and “a crispy boi” bite.

Copenhagen 29/3 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Purple can with a green set of teeth and a pair of evil eyes.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is mediumintense with a sweet malty odor mingling with citric fumes. Sweet pale malts, bread, grains and cereal. Citrus and Lemon peeking in.
Light carbonation. Slighty thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Fine Lager with a citric touch.
