Our White IPA is big on citrus and fruity hop flavours and low on bitterness. We piled American Hops on top of a bready malt base made of 50% wheat malt. Lending this beer its distinctive hazy appearance – A real crowd pleaser.

Appearance - Pours a hazy gold with four fingers of frothy white head that leaves some puffy lace on the glass.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, belgian yeast, citrus and orange peel, hint of grapefruit, bready malts, and caramel.
Taste - citrus and tropical hops upfront. The belgian yeast, citrus and orange peel, and hint of grapefruit follow suit. The bready malts and caramel round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the yeast, fruits, and hops lingering.
Overall - Another well crafted brew from the folks at Pile O' Bones. This one primarily focuses on the citrus fruits and hops while maintaining the belgian IPA elements. A nice sessionable treat on this mild Cowtown evening.
