We will have 12 taps filled with house favorites, rotating seasonals, guest beers, some ciders and kombucha for those looking for something different! The taproom itself will feature seating for roughly 80 people which will vary from bar seating, family style, high tops, lounge and even outdoor. We will be producing all of our beer onsite in a 7BBL brew system custom made in Wisconsin. In addition to great beer we will offer Lunch and Dinner 5 days a week.

Located in a working class neighborhood on the South Side of the City of Allentown. This place has a very cool motif. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the beers they serve. The beers are good, but not great. As of this date, I've sampled 11 unique beers and none of them knocked my socks off.

Very nice place. Huge beer selection. All the beers I had were average or above. Service was excellent and the food was very good. Highly recommend this place. Will be going back.

Visited on January 15, 2022, with a friend while our wives were shopping. We were immediately greeted by the bar tender and welcomed in. This was nicely finished inside a large, older building, with a good selection of beers on sale from taps. The environment is casual with various seating options in the two rooms, including high top tables, regular tables, and stools at the bar. Looks like they may have outdoor seating in warmer weather, but could not confirm that. Brew barrels are adjacent to the taproom and clearly visible. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Nice variety of beer for sale, with two sets of taps for a total of 12 different beers on tap. Beer styles included stouts, IPAs, pilsners, sours, red ales, and fruit flavored beer. I tried three different beers, and they were all fresh and tasty.
We did not try any food, so cannot comment on that.
When ordering our beers, the bar tender was very friendly. He shared insights into the various beers on tap, and gave us samples to help us decide on our selections. I asked a lot of questions, which he gladly answered. When we finished and were leaving, the bar tender called out and thanked us for coming.
The facility is medium size and modern, with a lot of TVs around the whole area. It was obvious that the owners spent a lot of money to build out the facility. I was surprised at how many people were there on an early Saturday afternoon, especially since they had just opened. A couple of people arrived after us, and they were greeted by name and obviously regulars.
I also bought some Crowlers of some of their other beers to drink at home. They do not currently fill growlers.
Nice vibe, great service, and good beer. I live a half-hour away, and will be back.

This brewery is located in an old mansion on a busy street in the outskirts of Allentown. The area has seen better days but appears to be gentrifying and a good brewery is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor space is very attractive with a large bar and numerous tables. We sat outdoors on the porch which was delightful on a summer afternoon. The crowd was mostly local but there were New Jersey plates in the parking area. The staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to have us visiting. There were families with young children, as well as young couples and individual "regulars." We didn't eat so I cannot comment on the food. The two beers I had were well-conceived and brewed. I really enjoyed my visit to McCall Collective Brewing and will gladly go there again.

nice large building on a hill in South Allentown, with wrap around porch outside with outdoor seating, with a bar and a few different rooms inside. diverse tap list of beer styles, with a few guest taps. 2 of the 3 beers I had were pretty good. nice food menu of casual fair, but more interesting than your standard bar menu. Food I had was pretty tasty.

Been supporting McCall Collective now since they've opened their doors. The vibe is nice there, good amount of seating for dining in, also a good amount of bar space too. The service is always awesome. The selection is solid basically all year long divided up by IPA's, Berliners, Stouts, Lagers of all kinds. They do a nice job here across the board, the food I've had there is also very good. I love that they keep their website updated constantly with their draft list and I'm also a big fan of their online ordering too. McCall is doing it right in my opinion, and it keeps me going back. Worth checking out if you're in the Lehigh Valley!

I'm really stoked to see McCall open up here in Allentown and they've done everything right with social media and connecting with local breweries. We stopped by over the weekend for the soft opening and enjoyed our visit. We ordered a flight of beers but was disappointed because the Lehigh IPA was listed on the beer menu board but wasn't available. The food was good my friend ordered the wings and I had the chicken Quesadilla which was good but would have been better with some sour cream and salsa.
The beer menu was IPA slanted. I'm a hop head and love my IPA's - with the IPA's, there was burn for such low ABV IPA's which makes me believe perhaps lupulin powder is being added?
Bad for them - they totally lack any street signage but am totally confident that's on the way.
Will I go back? Absolutely. They are in the early stages of opening so it's a learning phase and I think they'll do just fine in the long run because they seem to have the right philosophy and a passion for beer and the local community.
