200ml pour at Carwyn cellars on tap.
Look: reddish bronze, great colour, very bright. About 2cm of head that subsided to a thin film. Great colour.
Smell: malt, cloves, sultana, Caramel, red berries and dried figs.
Taste: similar to smell, but a little peppery. So, a touch of spice; berries, sultanas.
Feel: mid bodied. A little carbonated but not much. Some bitterness. Good length of flavour.
Overall: quite delicious.
