El Cobre is an Amber Mexican Lager conditioned on lime zest. It pours a light copper color with an off white thick head. Slight toasted malt hiding behind a burst of citrus on the nose. Medium bodied with a clean crisp finish punctuated by bright lime flavor and low bitterness from the hops.
