Old World Farmhouse, New World Hop.
Creating an IPA fitting of our farmhouse brewery, the trio Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops were added to a base inspired by our love of Saisons. Using all Canadian-grown and malted barley and grains, the hops shine with citrus, floral, and tropical notes. Our house farmhouse yeast provides the familiar Saison character of citrus and spice while drying out the beer.
