Alright. 375ml can, packaged on the 18/04/2020, poured into a tulip.
Look: Dark. It is slightly darker than a cola black, giving off a brownish tinge when held up to the light. A stouty colour, but looks to be a bit thinner. About 2 cm off white head, quickly subsides to a thin film over the top and around the sides.
Smell: Mostly getting roasted malt, some hops start to come through though, a little pine and citrus (it comes through more when smelling through the can though).
Taste: A little roasty, a bit of coffee, there is some fruit in there as well but it's hard to make out specifically through the roast flavour, there is a little herbal flavour, some grassiness and spice too.
Feel: mid bodied, mouth filling, bitterness at the end is all hop to my mind, a dry finish with a decent length.
Overall: I dunno. It's interesting. I don't dislike it, but I feel like it doesn't know what its trying to be.
