look: 3.75 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.5
A mix between an APA and an NEIPA according to the label. 375ml can, packaged on 17/03/2020 and poured into a tulip.
Look: Light straw colour, hazy, fluffy head about 3cm, which slowly falls away over the duration of the beer, leaving some sticky lacing down the side of the glass.
Smell: Fruity, pineapple, grapefruit, there is some grain and yeast as well.
Taste: pineapple, grapefruit, lemon rind, a little malty grain an almost saison like yeasty aftertaste which is nice but unexpected.
Feel: Lighter bodied, tingly carbonation, dry finish.
Overall: Interesting. Enjoyable. Hard to rate as it seems like a real middle between a bunch of different styles. Tasty though.
