$13 AUD per "big" pour (in stemware, I can't quite tell the volume but I'd guess it's ~310-330ml) on-draught @ the brewery.
3.5% ABV Gose with peach and salt. Seasonal release. Freshly tapped.
Spritzy pink salt, subdued fruit (I wouldn't know it was peach if I tried it blind; I might guess apricot), lactobacillus bacterial twang, mild acidity, dried grapefruit peel. Not getting any coriander.
A bit more saltiness wouldn't hurt, nor would a bit more fruit or a bit more bacteria, but it's 3.5% and intended as a Summer refresher, and in that it succeeds. It's also a better fruited Gose than most, and I'd take a downplayed expression of the style over a loud one rife with additives.
Highly drinkable, though it does have a mouthfeel that's thicker and fuller from fruit than is traditional...has an almost pulpy pureed consistency.
Another solid brew in Molly Rose's fine lineup.
