Pours a bright saturated gold with ample foam and drippy lacing.
Aroma has a slight malt sweetness, some coriander and a floral note.
Taste is malty with a light floral fruitiness, tiny sweetness up front but it finishes dry with a mild bitterness. Smooth and light bodied, supple carb. Overall it’s a nice Kölsch, and a nice introduction to this new brewery.
