16oz can, dated 05.19.2023, poured into a 16oz tumbler glass. Enjoyed on 06.02.2023, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a bright golden color, straw hues, foamy white head with mild retention and spotted lacing. The aroma is pleasant, earthy and herbal green hop, lightly floral, mineral water, fruity yeast, lots of pale grain and dough. The flavors are fine, dough, cereal grains, mineral water, green grass and herbal tea. The mouthfeel is good, coating, crisp, lighter medium body, lively easy finish.
Verdict: A satisfying Kölsch. Light, easy, refreshing, crisp, and expressive.
