The mighty dragon guards it's hoard of deep caramel crystal malts. It breaths it's hop fires of mighty Cascade and East Kent Golding to give a floral and spiced honey backbone. Victory and Munich malts bring forward notes of biscuit and a nutty, caramel flavor. The Dragon Heart beats loud as it covers the sky with deep amber.

Dragon Heart pours a clean, amber color with a very small head. The aroma has notes of sweet cream. The flavor is sweeter, with a mild cereal note, and finishes slightly harsh. Good feel. Overall, a decent red lager is a little bit on the sweeter side.
