Double NEIPA...in a crowler...direct from the source about a week ago and lovingly stored in the fridge since then.
Nice looking hazed up pour and leaving fine bubble strands and blobs of lacing on the glass.
Peppery cucumber, grass, pineapple and mild ripe melon on the sniff.
Soft and smooth with seemingly lower carbonation. Ripe pineapple, bananas, mild hot sauce infused honey, drying pepper in the finish...nice sweet/dry balance...mighty fine stuff and impressive offering from a brewery thats a few months old....well done!
