Darker copper color. Clear. Decent starting head but it fades quickly to rim bubbles and a thin layer of film. Some minor spotting on the glass.
Semisweet caramel aroma. Brioche bready nose. Light floral hop.
Dryer on the tongue. The body is neutral with a lower carbonation. The taste starts like it should but there's a notable hop finish--far greater than the typical Märzen. This creates a balanced finish and a longer than expected aftertaste.
