Copenhagen 20/12 2020. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Yellow can with colorful brushstrokes in pink, green, and orange.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. -settles as thin but frothy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a strong sweetish fermented odor mingling with citric notes. Sweet fruit soaked in alcohol, mustard and sharp grainy scent. Citrus and grape fruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is Bitter with a strong sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent and bit boozy despite a reasonable ABV.
