Copenhagen 1/12 2020. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A very pink can reminding me of colorful art from the eighties. Curvy and positive.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with exotic fruitiness and citric fumes. Peach and papaya. A bit of caramel. Grape fruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undercurrent. Finish is dry.
Fairly intense and well-balanced but a little bit flat.
