Copenhagen 3/7 2019. 50 cl bottle from Ninkasira Bottle shop, Kbh N. What looks like a ugly David Hockney painting on the label. Pastel colors eighties style.
Pours unclear yellow with a big white head. Bubbly. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam totally covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity, fermented with a light alcoholic touch. Peach, mango and Passion fruit with a light fermented touch. Light citric notes of lemon and Grape fruit. Tart.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, tingling texture.
Flavor has strong sweetness followed by and nicely balanced by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart twist. Lingers for a bit.
Almost too fresh and light to be a DIPA. But a very pleasant and intensive brew.
