Copenhagen 2/8 2020. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. A very purple can with slightly darker star-like constructs.
Pours hazy, slightly dirty yellow with a big, frothy white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam just managing to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet fruitiness supplemented by a slightly aggressive citric sourness. Black berries and peach. Grape fruit with a streak of unripe berries.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
IPA for the bitter-sour part of town. Nice bitter-sour bite and dry as a desert.

Pours a hazy orange with low, soapy head.
Smell is juicy with notes of pineapple, mango, oranges, and some dank honey dew melon.
Taste is juicy and citrusy with a fairly strong herbal, vegetable tone. Notes of nectarines and melon with a hint of licorice. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a nice NE IPA, would be better without the herbalness.
