Copenhagen 6/7 2021. 44 cl can from Meny Borups Allé, Frb. F. Murky, wet and very emerald green wilderness on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Settles as meagre lumps of foam drifting in the middle of the glass.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fermented odor of tropical fruit mingling with more subdued citric notes. Mango, papaya and decay. Lime and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while into a semi-dry finish.
Appropriately bitter but a bit flat.
