Copenhagen 11/6 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé,, Frb. F. Green can with tumbling geometric forms.
Pours opaque hazy pale yellow with a big white head. Settles as uneven layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet fruity odor of stonefruit and dry citrus fruits. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Touch of mustard.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Unforgiving and intense. Good one.
