Pours a hazed yellow to orange color with a huge, stable head.
Smells of a multi layered hoppiness, defined by limes, luscious oranges and pickly passionfruit and kiwis. This gets balanced by blueberry bush, light cake malts and a whiff of wild honey, adding to the ripeness of the hops.
This has an utmost creamy, smooth mouthfeel with an outstanding softness. After its first impression, the beer develops a pleasantly lively and refreshing carbonation, gently balanced by the creamy mouthfeel.
Tastes just as fruity as the nose indicated, releasing an initial bitterness, resulting from prominent limes in this, which get enriched by riper oranges and pineapple sorbet. The fruit basket in this gets not only coated by a prominent bitterness but also by a lighter, well working carbonation and subtle malts, lending a lighter sweetness to the hops. This finishes with a world class creaminess and a refreshing interplay between limes and blueberries, creating a long lasting, dry finish with rock sugar sprinkled bread being able to add in.
This is a real surprise to me. The beer works on all fronts, it actually tastes great to me. These guys nailed it, even though they‘re quite new to the haze boiz scene and manage to release their beer‘s for fair price without any rambling social media advertising.
