Pours overly carbonated with a thick, white head that dissipates to a thin, soapy head - minimal lacing. A light copper color that’s best described as “murky” and large chunks of yeast/sediment that settles to the bottom. Some indistinct fruits in the aroma. The taste is quite yeasty; some strawberries as well. The notes don’t really come together into a unifying flavor, however. Finishes with fruity yeasty esters.
