Appearance:
Clear, white gold with a humongous, cloud-white head that billows up to a towering, full handspan in height.

Bouquet:
Malts tainted with a tangy aroma that wants to be citrus but is ultimately a hideous crossbreeding of dimethyl sulfide and old pool water.

Feel:
Light and airy as the clouds its head impersonates. Crips and cooling, yields low carbonation.

Taste:
Despite its odiously odiferous bouquet, the palate doesn’t hit as badly. Bits of unleavened, white bread, canned corn, and then an exceptionally brief nip of lemon pith. Not great but not as painfully detestable either.

12oz can with no freshness dating. Apparently this was brewed and canned by Copper Mountain Brewing in Monroe, WI for Weed Cellars. Sample from the brewery.

And no. This isn't a "weed" beer. From their website: "Weed Cellars has not only created a new category within the alcohol industry, it’s found a way to tap into the evolution of the cannabis space without using cannabis. The wine and beer labels pay homage to the individual in all of us, but contain only alcohol."

Anyway...let's check out this beer.

Pours a bright golden beer with a thin head that drops flat and nearly lifeless. Nose is full of cooked corn; tons of dimethyl sulfide (DMS). Thin bodied and somewhat crisp. Watery with some crackery malts, hints bubblegum, and some unpleasant suggestions of cabbage. Dry finish with lingering corn.

I get that this is a 3.4 percent light beer, but there's absolutely nothing going on with this lager and that makes the off-flavors even more off-putting. Hard pass on this one.
