On-draught @ the brewery. $6 AUD per small beer.
Barrel aged table beer. 3.5% ABV.
Rustic peppery spice from the presumably Belgian yeast. Well attenuated especially for such a low ABV beer. Pale malt, specialty malt, probably wheat or spelt.
Dry and easy drinking with a refreshing feel on the palate.
I don't get much barrel character at all...
Well executed table Belgian ale with no faults or off-flavours. Does a lot with a little.
