Pours a pale hazy golden color with a huge, stable head atop.
Yields aromas of basement infused honey, spicy grass and gentle toffee.
Drinks soft and refreshing, establishing a soft, finely nuanced effervescence.
Tastes of an initial herb dryness, which immediately gets balanced by sweeter hay and toffee, together with a rustic graininess. The beer turns calmer then, offering bread rind and crushed, toasted grains among lighter wheat and calm honey. Finishes very light in flavors with a prominent aqueous quality among prevailing, timid hops, which lend a noble dry- and spiciness to the taste.
Solid, well balanced with a pleasantly spicy hop appearance.
