Flat Cap is our first Irish stout and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It is rich and flavourful with coffee-like aromas and hints of cocoa and caramel. Moderately dry and light in body with just enough bitterness for balance and a surprisingly smooth, clean finish.
