Many do not know it, but the black sapote is not a sapote; that is, it does not belong to the Sapotaceae family. This is why we call him the Black Toad of the family... But joke aside, the result of incorporating this fruit into a Stout base was a smooth, fruity, refreshing black liquid like they've never tried before.
