Maibock lager brewed in collaboration with Witch Hunt MPLS. Brocken Bock is a decocted, malt-forward German lager using paler Munich and Vienna malts, and has a gorgeous light golden-to-dark-yellow color, with notes of caramel, bread, and grain huskiness.

Clear, bright golden/amber color, slim, soon-gone ivory head.

In the nose: sweet, malty, clean. Herbal, floral, light on the hops. Classic Maibock, so far.

In the mouth: Beautifully balanced. Sweet malt meets noble hops. Hop bitterness stays long on the palate, but malt keeps the whole thing running. Crisp, smooth, delicious. I'm liking this one a lot. It hits all the marks for the style and sends you straight into Maibock happy land. Yum a dum dum.

Crowler can. Has a can fill tag of '5/12/21'.
Clear, deep gold colored body. One finger of white head, which reduces to thin, bubbly cap. Leaves spots and partial trails of lacing.
Aroma of biscuit/cracker malt.
Taste is toasted bread, almost to caramel. Fruity, spicy hops. Malts trail off in the aftertaste.
Medium plus mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Good balance and refreshing. Hops express spice and fruit, without being overbearing.
