Aroma brings a light hit of sulfur which is ok for dorts and this has that hard mineral water characteristic evident as per style..
Nice balance between the hops and malt with the malt a bit grainy...
Medium bodied...not sweet but not real hop assertive either..
Clean, deep gold color with a frothy white head.
I do get a little fruitiness which I would not associate with a Dort. Hard to find places brewing Dortmunder's these days and this is a solid example minus the light fruity notes. Enjoyable beer.

On draft at Arbeiter. Poured a clear, golden amber color with a small, tan head of fluffy foam. It left some trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of toffee, roasted malt and some floral/earthy notes. Sweet caramel and malty taste with a mild bitterness.
