Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light, pale golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of lemon citrus, bright, lemon, and floral grassy hops. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of floral and grassy hops, lemon, and pine, happy with a moderate bitterness, but ultimately hoppy off the finish. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, strong combination, finishes clean. (4.25)
Compared to Fair State Pils 5/25: Pours similar. Stronger aromas. More lemon, pine, dank grass. Less authentic German flavors. Similar bitterness. More hoppy and robust.
to Drekker Endless Soup Salad & Breadsticks 6/25: Pours darker, similar aromas. Less smooth bread. More lemonflower and soap. Hoppier. Winner: Arbeiter.
to Arbeiter HAHA Pils 7/25: Pours similar, milder head. Stronger aromas. More lemon and flower. Less crisp yeast and cleanliness. Hoppier.
to Insight Avant 8/25: Pours lighter, stronger aromas and flavors. More bitter flower. Less smooth pale malts.
Overall: Tons of lemon, flower, and dank grass. Extremely hoppy and moderately bitter. Not a huge fan of the hoppy lagers, but this actually drinks quite well with the bitterness and malt body to match. Smooth, hoppy, and enjoyable. Very nice from Arbeiter. Would like to compare this to their Gold-winning German Pils. (Rating: 4.03)
