A fun, hoppy, crispy lager brewed with our friends at Dangerous Man Brewing, Lee, and Claire! We attempted an interesting double decoction approach to make almost an American version of a Czech-style pils - a light-bodied lager full of malt flavor with layers of classic American grapefruit-forward hops with some melon-like notes.
