Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light golden color iwth a strong white head. SRM of 6. (3.75)
Aroma: Stronger aromas of pale malts, lightly grassy, aromas, yeast. (3.75)
Flavor: Strong flavors of pale malts, lemon citrus, earthy, and grassy notes with some tea flavors. Yeast on the finish mildly sweet. (3.50)
Feel: Medium body, average carbonation, finishes, smooth, slightly sweet with with some tea flavored that lingers. (4.00)
Compared to Dangerous Man New Zealand Pilsner 4/2024: Pours identical, similar aromas. Milder flavors with more earthy, tea notes. Less grassy citrusy notes. Less bread. Winner: Dangerous Man
to Hop Butcher After Rain 5/2024: Pours identical, stronger aromas. More earthy, tea-like notes. Less citrusy, smooth bread notes.
