16 oz can into a nonic pint glass.
L: SRM 7 Pours clear, clean Amber with a light chill haze, steady carbo bubbles, has a thin eggshell white head with OK retention, medium loose broken lacing.
S: Lightly floral, caramelized malts, berries, fruit cobbler, a suggestion of peach.
T: Bittersweet, moderately fruity, caramel malts, citrus fruits, peach, citrus zest, a distant berry note, pastry dough. It has a certain citrus zest linger & finish.
F: Brisk, bright medium-light bodied mouthfeel with a medium-long moderately drying finish.
O: A beautifully simple Pale Ale that has a very nice blend of flavors and is very well balanced. I am quite satisfied with this no-frills beer and it is excellent in its style.
