16 oz can into a Becker.
L: Pours a straw rich reddish amber color with a domed creamy 1/2" off white head that has very good retention down to thick frothy, lush steady carbo, medium-heavy chunky random lacing.
S: Rich candied caramelized malts, a note of dried fruits.
T: Gently sweet caramel malts, light resin, a light note of brown bread, a hint of black tea, dried apricot, a note of grapefruit zest w long resin in a lingering finish.
F: Slightly soft and lightly juicy medium bodied mouthfeel with a medium-long finish.
O: Sorta reminds me of a really good home brew and then some. Very easy drinking with a fairly soft feel and mellow tastes with a slightly resinous linger. Well crafted and is very good to excellent in its style.
