In collaboration with Birrificio Italiano of Como (the one that makes TipoPils).
On the nose, a clear smoky note (similar to Rauch).
Poured it is very clear, a very pale yellow and completely transparent.
Non-existent foam.
In the mouth, immediately astringent and salty note after which here is the light smoky taste (used peat malt) and on the finish a cereal aftertaste (typical of wheat).
The body is incredibly light, flowing smooth and fast.
Minimum carbonation.
All very simple and fast, but the typical characteristics of this historic style are found in the taste.
An undemanding but absolutely non-trivial drink.
Particular is the path that starts with a strong saline impact and dissolves in a softer smoky taste (more than peated), but very satisfying.
