Received from our Canadian BIF beer nerd extraordinaire, @coroneous.
Let this one sit in the cellar too long, he sent it fresh back in ‘21 and I just opened it on 3/8/23.
The carbonation was out of control, beer was everywhere! Massive brown head though.
The liquid, once I got a good look, was a little lighter than stout black but at the time I didn’t care.
The aroma was lost on my damaged nose, but the taste wasn’t!
There was chocolate and cinnamon over pretty much everything, but graham cracker was present and a little vanilla.
There was a stout in there too, relatively smooth and robust. Probably where the chocolate came from.
The feel I guessed at as all the carbonation was over the floor and counter top and ceiling.
It was fun to wrangle and drink.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
