Received a can as a throw-in from a trade with BMBCLT 4-1-23. Canned 2-9-23; consumed 6-6-23.
Beer poured gold with a beautiful near perfect head.
Nose has notes of bready malts and noble hops.
Taste is spot on as the malt base gives a crackers and bread baseline. Hopping is well done giving a spicy peppery bite with each sip. Finishes more on the hoppy side rather than the sweet side of the genre.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and refreshing.
Overall a delicious German pilsner. I could see crushing a four-pack of these with a friend in an hour!
