We've brewed a handful of Sour IPAs and we think the style has great potential - we want you to join us in realising it. The first of our SIPA series, we've gone for Simcoe, a firm New England favourite, added during biotransformation and standard dry hop charge. Enjoy cold and allow to warm.

L: Very hazy amber color, minimal head and lacing, light carbonation. Juicy!
S: Sour, hops. Smells wonderful.
T: Sour, tropical fruits, juicy. Nice!
