Strawberries and Vault City go hand in hand, and this delightful sour is strawberries and cream in a glass. Sweet and juicy Scottish strawberries pair perfectly with our sour base beer to create something smooth and full bodied. You can expect mouth-watering flavours of traditional strawberries and cream with the addition of lactose and smooth vanilla.

I know, I know it's 4 days to payday and there is hardly any money left but its was on clearance and the temperature got to 21c, surely that is ice cream sour beer weather
pours like strawberry yoghurt but with pink head
Aroma is strawberry ice cream
the flavour would be strawberry lollipop but there is note of coconut that clashes with the sour and ruins the flavour

Copenhagen 5/5 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Red and white can with Vault Citys logo with the lattice in black in the center.
Pours opaque, unclear deep red with a small, creamy head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe berries mingling with sour cream and a touch of tart fruit Strawberry and raspberry. Lactose. Light whiff of sour milk.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, creamy, a little sticky, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong art sourness. Aftertaste is sourish with a sugary undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is pleasant dessert with a sour twist.
Perfectly pleasant. More Dessert than Sour Brew.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.0%. "Dirty pink" colour, large head, slightly off-white. "Artificial" strawberry aroma (despite being made with real strawberries), also hints of lactose and vanilla. Distinct strawberries / jam in the slightly sour flavor, also lactose and vanilla. Minimal hops.
