Copenhagen 17/6 2021. 37,5 cl heavy glass bottle from Best of Beers web-shop. Vault City's usual design with the lattice gate in a blue and yellow version.
Pours murky amber with a pink tinted head. Bubbly. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light fruity sweetness overcome by a prominent citric sour scent. Sweet forest berries. Citrus and lime trampling through. Sweet lactic notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth and a little sticky texture. Lightly tingling.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasantly sour and with a moderate pastry cake vibe. Nice.
