Thick & pinkish red with a foamy, pinkish-white head about 3cm tall with some bubbles on top. Raspberry jam & cookie dough on the nose that carries onto the taste with very sweet strawberries & ice cream flavours alongside some vanilla. The body is medium & quite sour at the end.
