Murky black colour, very few bubbles. Rather muddy looking. Slight oil slick, not as much as expected. Smell and and taste are wonderful ginger bread. Ginger, spice, bread and chocolate. Feel is slightly hot from spice and alcohol though not obviously so. Rich and syrupy. Gets the gingerbread taste much more than expected.
