Aroma: custard, blackcurrant, red berries, vanilla, some tart.
Taste: sour berries, blackcurrant, some custard. Fairly smooth body but with some alcohol off-taste.

Thick, opaque purple with a 0.5cm, light pink, foamy head. Blackcurrant berries on the nose then fruity sourness leading into the taste alongside a tart sourness & some sugars - it's thick, sharp & fruity with good balance although the nose could've been a little stronger.
