Copenhagen 6/9 2021. 33 cl bottle from Best of Beers web-shop. Vault City's usual design with the lattice gate in a orange and red version.
Pours opaque murky, golden yellow with a big white head. Bubbly. Settles as a 0,3 cm thick layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense. Sweet and fruity scent mingling with a tart sourness. Sweet peach, passion fruit and pear. Tart scent of citrus and sour berries.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily , soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong sourness. Aftertaste is a bit thin. Tart with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Fresh and fruity and easy to drink.
